McKinney North is still leading District 11-4A with an undefeated district record. Now, the interesting race is for 2nd and 3rd. Believe it's going to come down to either Sherman or Greenville. They play each other this coming Friday night. In the 2nd half of district play, Greenville's bats came alive and the Lions 10 run-ruled both Paris and Denison (10-0, and 11-1). They have Sulphur Springs coming up on Tuesday. Lions beat the Cats 14-4 the 1st time through district. Hoping the same result comes about this coming Tuesday. GO LIONS!!!

sevenup,
I think Greenville has a very solid team, anchored by 2 very nice pitchers. I would guess that Sherman will throw Aleman Friday so that could be a heck of a game. Isn't Friday's game at Greenville? I think the Dawgs, Cats and Lions will all make the playoffs. They seem like the top 3 team and have the best pitching and could surprise some schools in the playoffs.
