KD - You should scroll down the Texas forum to the thread titled "Check it out - Peeps". I think you'll enjoy the topic.

Dang, been so busy with work and buying my next hobby since HS Baseball will soon be over, that I have only been skimming the website just trying to keep up.

I would like to thank the High School Baseball Web and Minnesota Mom for allowing us to be apart of this and being so easy to work with. I also would like to thank my closet D-BAT friend who made this happen behind the scene.

Top of the page next to the HSBBWeb logo -- if you don't see it, you may have an IE issue. Smile

Natural and NTXDAD,

Thank you for letting me know that you aren't seeing D-BAT's Flash banner at the top of the forum. Would either of you like to help me with a little detective work?

If so, go to www.browserhawk.com.
Look for a thin dark blue bar about 1 inch down from the top of your screen, with small white text in the blue bar like this:

Your browser: IE 6.0 | Screen: 1024 x 768 | Flash: 9 | Cookies: Enabled | PLT: 3.8s

If you will let me know what your screen says for the above info, I can do some techno-geek things to the banner to help you and others to be able to see it. Wink You can just copy and paste the white text from your screen, then reply here in the forum or e-mail me at jas@pclink.com.

Thanks much!

Julie

MN-MOM:

Depending on which browser I use I either get:

Your browser: Firefox 1.5.0.8 | Screen: 1152 x 864 | Flash: 9 | Cookies: Enabled | PLT: 7.3s

or...

Your browser: IE 7.0 | Screen: 1152 x 864 | Flash: 9 | Cookies: Enabled | PLT: 7.3s

Thanks for your help!

MN-MOM,

Here is what I get when I go to the www.browserhamk.com link:

IE 7.0 | Screen: 1680 x 1050 | Flash: 8 | Cookies: Enabled | PLT: 4.6s

I wonder if it's a IE 7.0 challenge?

Thanks for looking into this and I'll await your reply.

Natural and NTXDAD,

I suspect it is an IE 7.0 security setting, but I haven't found the answer yet. I'll let you know when I do!

Thanks for taking the time to send your info,

Julie

Looks like you made a change that now allows IE 7.0 to see the new ad. It looks good. Thanks.
