Real world stuff my friend!
Well you are correct................ They do keep score....and last I checked there wasn't a box score in any sports pages that I've seen yet. And the last I checked there was nothing on this thread about the concept of teaching a kid to battle and achieve victory. Maybe you could enlighten us. Concrete Salesman regards, Ken Guthrie

Cool your jets, young'un. I said nothing derogatory about anyone. Just paid a compliment to Miller, who has some serious wheels himself.
Jets haven't even been turned on.............. Just stating the truth.
No, just stating your opinion. The truth would have numbers with it.
4.34 on the turn. MMWS 2004. There is your fact. Confirmed by MLB Scout and I.

Don't let it bother you......brush it off and get em' on the next play. quote: Ken --- come see Slater, Emens, and other energetic Panthers play the game this spring!
Was able to see Slater play in the CMWS this past summer. Great player and better kid.

I don't know Fuda, but I have seen Miller, Slater, and Leftridge a whole bunch and Leftridge is the fastest - although not by much.
No worry Uncle E, Just wanted to make sure you knew about the publication.. I think we got a real winner in this Total Texas Baseball.

They are all incredibly fast, regardless of who has a slightly better time on a given day. Faster than probably 99.9% of the rest...

Well if everything was put in that tense, there wouldn't be any rankings. We would just say this team is better than the others most of the time and teams would just go out there and play ball. Imagine that.

If you truly dislike the hot stove talk that much, get off your backside and get out. Your grumbling won't be missed. Come back in June, then you will have your results. I've got news for you, even back in the days when baseball was the pure sport you moan for, there was hotstove talk. Didn't seem to wreck things then...
