Championship Round Results:
Congratulations to the Dallas Yankees as they win 3 games in the championship round to advance to the final 4 medal round. Great accomplishment for a young group, all 2010's. Last Texas team standing.

Although the Tigers Rookie (old Team Kelley) were eliminated from the championship round in game 1, they had two players chosen for the team trials from the Metroplex -- Shane Henderson and Matt Lipka. Congratulations to these two young men.

You know the Dallas Yankees are a top notch 15 year old team, just like another local 15 year old team that sent your 16U team home early a few weeks ago.

Yes the 15U Dallas Yankees are a Bloodworth team. The 16U Championships are a physical and mental marathon, and we are proud of the team. I don't know exactly what NYFan17 is referring to, but we played DBAT 16 in the first tournament of the season and they are quite a team. They beat us twice. I think they took it easy on us in the second game. I don't know a lot of their players, but the coaches are the best around. I am glad we played because they helped us prepare for the rest of our season. Good competition makes you better.
