I will cover most of the premier world series due to my sons team being in it.

the by far team to watch is the east cobb astros.

they are the favorite but you know that the houston heat will always be competitive, columbia angels are very talented, and you never know what dave acton has up his sleeve (arlington a's)

should be a very good tournament.

ill cover more when all scores from day 1 are in tonight

most impressive so far:

-east cobb dominance over anyone and everyone

-mckinney marshals being relatively new and scoring like crazy

-columbia angels being extremely solid overall

-one pitcher for the a's complete game, showed good stuff

-3 home runs by east cobb, and 1 by and a's kid that i have seen

Championship game results

Columbia Angels 6
East Cobb Astros 7

It took 2 runs in the bottom of the 7th to win, with 2 costly errors for the Angels that kept the inning going. The winning run came on a bases loaded walk. East Cobb had 2 hr, both in the bottom of the 2nd to tie the game up at 5. Angels scratched out a run in the 3rd to make it 6 to 5, then the game settled down with good piching and defense on both sides until the final frame.

No, real quiet over on that side until the 6th inning when i think the got worried the might lose, but when they pulled it out at they end the pretty much lined up much like teams do when the just finish winning pool games.
