The score book seems like a fairly reliable source for bombs --- unless it involves a team from Skyline or Molina. Cool

tychco -- where's our PM -- you're going to make me start a new one? lightbul

Not a rumor the true number is 59 Homeruns in 45 Games. Just got the updated stats. They hit 19 in the state tournament.

Based on the two games I saw that team play last weekend, that HR tally would seem legit.

Hadn't seen much of them earlier this year, but watched the balls fly out at Jesuit. Heard Muncy, Collins, Baker, Payne and Twitchell hit three each in the tournament.

That middle of the order: Collins, Baker, Muncy was fun to watch.

Bill Hood - 8
DBAT 17 - 5

Bill Hood was opportunistic with their hitting. Lefty for BH kept the DBAT hitters off balance until the latter innings, but the damage was done.

BH is a solid club and will be a tough out in this tournament. DBAT boys were slow out of the gate and it cost them.

Now I see how those numbers get (accidentally) inflated at DISD.

I thought I read that someone wrote that the actual number was not the actual number at all but a totally different number than what was reported as factual totals of the season of the number in question.

Factually speaking, the inflation is caused by the combustion between the exterior appendages of your cranium.

The correct denotation as appears in official documentation is sixty-one.

GM,

Summer was at DABA with the T*g*r*. He's headed back to Chattanooga State. Had a decent season last year and they said he could come back.
