Reporting game facts is one thing. Gloating over a win (we kicked butt) is another. There are parents of Grapevine players who frequent this board that don't need their noses rubbed in the loss.

If everyone just chooses their words carefully you can communicate pride & excitement and still avoid braggadocio.

We had some opportunities but just couldn't counter on them. Ward threw a good game spotting all 3 of his pitches well. Looks like the district finish will come down to the wire for the 3 playoff spots.

I didn't even say Keller Kicked Grapevine's Butt.

I just said they kicked butt......meaning in the Kellerdad dictionary of slang, they played very well.

mhsdad needs to lighten up. Next year Southlake will be in our district, maybe that will open up a playoff spot for Marcus.
