its, njbb, TPM and others,

Best wishes to your sons this season. It will be very exciting to follow all of them.

Whatever level of success they reach this year, they are living a dream that many of the players and parents on this site literally can only dream of. I hope to see them play in person some day!

W77, The Padres sent a packet of information and forms in the mail; air tickets will come via e-mail.

20Dad that is great stuff, keep us posted. Is it with the Phillies? If so, sons close friend is catcher.

Son reports March 1st.

Their plans for him are to start throwing bullpens after he gets there and not actually in a game until mid-May. Looks like extended spring training. Frown

The good news is he's following their timeline is up to throwing 150 feet with NO pain! 14

Now if he can get his velocity back...

He does his rehab religiously so if he doesn't make it, he will have no regrets and will have given it his best shot.

Our son and his wife leave for AZ on the 14th. It's a big year for them. Thanks, so much, for keeping them in your prayers.

FrankF,
Thank you for that update.
Knowing what he is trying to do makes me a huge admirer. Josh has a big fan club in this poster.
Any news you would be willing to share on his progress would be welcomed.
