Well, unfortunately I have NOT yet made it to spring training and it's starting to look like I may not get there. My son started yesterday and threw his scheduled 3 innings(A) but did not throw enough pitches for a good work-out so the coach sent him out to the bullpen to throw some more pitches. It bothers me that I haven't made it down to see him and time is running out! He says he's really got it tough what with the hot tub, pool, great meals they make you sign your name for and all. On top of all that they make you play baseball but they give you the uni's and supply the umps and all. Sounds like he's really roughing it! Wonder if he's wading in lakes trying to catch alligators again... College coach wasn't real impressed with that idea.

Just returned from Mesa AZ and following son in Big Lg Camp. Actually got to see him throw in 3 games but the highlight of the trip was he actually got the start in a game. Had a great time met lots of wonderful people and can't wait till next year, what an experience..

That must have been very exciting indeed. Can't even imagine how excited you must have been. Congrats to Sean.
