Every player will go through a circuit. Catchers will hit, defensive drills, catch live pitcher and condition. The workouts are at the facility. This acts as a showcase for us and for local scouts. It also is a very hard workout.

Green River Friday Night Workouts Start Jan. 20th. They will be held at the Washington State Baseball Academy for directions http://www.wsba.net. It is $10 at the door. They will be held every Friday Jan. 20th through the last Friday in Feb. Scouts will be in attendance. Starts at 5:30, ends 8:30. Format has changed a little to showcase position players more.
