I was able to watch a good portion of the OSU-Arizona game on TV the other day. There must be some excitement up there about freshman pitcher Tanner Robles. He looked mighty good. 3-0 so far including wins against ASU and Arizona. Don't know who else he pitched against.

From the OSU website I see freshman Garret Nash is making a contribution as well.

I'm pleased to see two players from my general neck of the woods contributing to the defending national champs.

I saw Mr. Robles pitch that game, too. He is might impressive, big kid with great stuff, wants the ball in his hand. He looked ready to get pro hitters out at a pretty high level.

Now Woodrow, let's not go that far! I hope that if (or when) Bum, Jr. goes against that guy he has an off day because he sure looked sharp to me.
