Team One
Team One will be hosting a Pre-Draft Showcase Tuesday, May 24 at Samford University in Birmingham. We have positioned it several miles from the SEC Tournament. Our event will take place Tuesday afternoon/evening. The SEC Tournament begins the next morning at 10am.

We will have between 40-60 players there. Top high school seniors, JC players and D1 players whose college season is over.

We're focusing on first-day Draft type players (think first 20 rounds). We have an impressive list so far. A formal announcment will be on our website this week.

If you have a player that would like to join us please email me at jspelman@teamonebaseball.com.

I'm new here, but I've been reading for a while and I just had to write.

Everytime this Dibble guy writes something, TRhit (or is it TWhit) replies with a derogatory name and belittles whatever Dibble says. Is this how people behave in here?

En Garde!! duel

Fenway, these two have been duking it out for a long time. TRHit is a great one for advice and does loads to help parents/players. Don't let his comments to Dibble persuade you otherwise.

Dibble posts a lot of links to things but his posts are often hard to decipher.

I think most of it is good-natured biglaugh

TOFU Hits,
I am sure no one has the slightesst clue what you just said. Is there something in the water. Better drink bottle water, you will have clearer thoughts and the water taste better.

I noticed one of these kids is a pretty good shortstop on the Navy team. At least he is tops in my book. (#28)

On the showcase list of players, my shortstop is Kevin Hoef. He was granted permission by the IHSA to participate in the pre draft showcase. I did worry a lot about him getting injured since he threw and inning the night before but all went well.

Fenway,
Krakatoa forgot to mention that TR and Dibs really do provide a lot of entertainment for many of those of us who've been around here awhile. Their posts are worth reading, sometimes for the information and sometimes just to see how they'll respond to each other.

If this site does close down I sure hope TR and Dibble both 'follow the crowd' to wherever it takes up it's new residence....I'm gonna' miss the entertainment. Oh - and someone ought to pm LIMOM and let her/him know where everyone's at. Maybe any new site ought to require boxing gloves for select new members...

TR oh annoying one,

MLB scouts in attendance clocked the 60 yards, release times and MPH's.

One MLb scout complaigned the of the food choices of candy , chips , soda and hot dogs, He wanted a salad, apparently the Misses wanted him to lose some lbs

Answer the question--where was the predraft showcase?

Is there a website where we can see all the info on all the players?
