At your age they will nver expect you to have an SAT score. Leave it blank. In the year before you attend College then you fill it in. As a JR you would syill have time to do SATs so you have a couple years before worrying about it.

pedro...

Since there is no penalty for taking the ACT and SAT several times, you should do so as many times as you are able to "get the experience" of taking those "types" of exams.

It will do you good down the road when you take the test that "matters".

Assuming that you will have the physical size, playing ability, and tools, IF you have the grades(GPA and test scores, you will be able to go anywhere you want for college!!

By having the playing ability (fastball speed, running speed, hitting ability, physical stature, fielding ability), with some, if not all of those attributes, the coaches and scouts will come, as they say.

Now, if you have the grades and scores, you can "write your own ticket"!!!!!!!

Please, don't misunderstand what I'm saying, like TRhit and Beenthere have said, you have time. I feel the grades and scores will get you further than anything else when it comes to you selecting a school.

When you have baseball skills and classroom skills you are way ahead of those who are weak in the classroom.

We have a junior pitcher who throws upper 80's and he also projects as a 1500 SAT student off his PSAT scores and he is an honors student every semester. Already we have major programs talking to us--in fact I traveled with a D-I coach this week to see the young man pitch.

After this summer and fall this young man will have more cards on the table than he needs for the game---it is great to have choices
