Who were some of the top players at this event? I saw some very good pitchers take the mound, some kids really got it up there...As well as the position players, George Springer hit the ball very well, Julian Concepcion was another player who not only pitched but hit the **** out of the ball...Also on his team kid by the name of Andrew Carpenter hit the ball very well...I was also impressed with some of the infielders arms, I beleive Brent Anderson threw 91 across the diamond and Andrew Winegard going to Coastal threw 90..Couple outfielders hit 90 as well..Catchers pop times I saw, the top 2 were Mike Lubanski in the program said he was an 09 threw a 1.9 flat impressive, and Connor Gandossy threw 1.91...Lots of scouts went, many MLB and colleges were there..Had a good time watching and was run very well! Anyone else have any input on this showcase?

I also liked Nick Winn and Keith Bilodeau. Alex Adami threw the ball very well for a smaller pitcher. I thought John Andreoli and Mike Esola were very solid outfielders. The 2 infielders mentioned above both threw 90 and Julian McWilliams ran a 6.59/60 and threw 85-87. Truely a standout.

Thought my son Mike really handeled himself well as an 09' along with Lubanski and Ty Donovan.

Because of the schedule I never got to see your son's team play. I did see the BP, but the only lasting memory I have is that of a very large young man hitting one over the right field fence. At one point my 5'8", 150 lb. son (in cleats and soaking wet) was standing next to same young man. It was a pretty comical contrast.
