Okay. Son is a 2010, projected for Varsity this spring. In addition to college camps/clinics of his interests, he has attended a PG Indoor Showcase, and a Regional Underclass. What would be a good choice for summer of 2008? A Regional Top Prospect, an Atlantic Coast Underclass, or a National Underclass? Any thoughts and or opinions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sounds as if you're better informed than most when it comes to showcases. We didn't have the large number of showcase "designations" when my son attended his two showcases. It's possible the different levels and large number of showcases are a marketing strategy to "entice" more players to spend showcase dollars. Hey --- it was just a thought!

Personally I would focus more on making the HS team and finding a strong summer team than I would a showcase at this stage of his "career". Once he makes the HS varsity you will see how he performs at that level then you can target the professional/college options via showcases. Best of luck.
Funo.
