Could somebody familiar with these events please explain how they work,when should you(child)sign-up?I see familiar faces in profile,ask parents and they say do it?How?,When?, Where?, What?Need some help with this,Thanks.I understand you just sign-up and get a invite,but I was looking for more informed answer?All the same or are different locations desirable?

Sometime when you're in Richmond, PM me and we'll meet for lunch or a beer. You've basically requested an encyclopedia of the recruiting process. I can't type that much without cramping up.

Use the "find" tab at the top of the page and search for your topic in this forum. I know there have been several discussions about what age, which showcases, how to decide, etc. Probably would speed your research up.
