Has anyone had any experience with this showcase? My son is an 2007... plays on a select team... going to the Area Code tryouts next week. While I am certain the showcase is a well-run event, is it worth the $500+ to attend? Like others, my baseball budget is becoming somewhat limited...

i went to watch it last year to see what it was like and there were 20 or so scouts and coaches that you could see thats what they were. may have been more. i do know coaches look at the pg website for players so it could open up other doors that might not otherwise be opened.
