If you shoulder is still hurting, go see a good sports doc. No one event will kill your potential.

NH slinger, And whomever else read's this. quote: How ever I am a pitcher only and when I was warming up in the bullpen I had never thrown so hard(Usually top out at 84). Durring one of my pitches in bullpen I hurt my shoulder and thought I could pitch through it.
Do not throw harder then your capable of, You will only hurt your Arm. NH, Your young, and will rebound from this. But do properly warm up. and do not over throw to Impress Scout's/Recruiter's. It's not worth hurting your Arm. They will see that you can pitch, Hit your spot's. Work on your Breaking Ball and Change-up. Good Luck EH
