I'v been playing this game and it is really good, but does anyone know if the players are replicas of the actual college players like in football and basketball? I've had a tough time trying to figure that out. Thanks!

They were last year in MVP06 but according to my son this year they are not, which he said was a big disappointment. In addition they don't seem to be releasing a version for XBox360.

My guess is they didn't have the success they anticipated last year so they didn't spend as much money on this years version. Too bad.

mtownfan- Nope. I know a few people on a few rosters and even if it's their number it's usually not the position they play and doesn't really look like them (See #23 on Vanderbilt, for an example). One kid I know in real life is 6'3" 230 and throws in the low-90's and in the game the person wearing his number for the team is a tiny s****** shortstop.

I'm not sure, but I thought I heard that they put the year befores roster as the roster...so this year's freshmen will be freshmen in next years game. I'm probbaly wrong, just something I heard from somewhere. And I'm also upset they aren't putting one out for PS3 as of right now.

That stinks! Some guys I know are playing this year and I was trying to find them on the game. I guess that's why I wasn't having much luck. Smile

not sure about all of them, but ECU, Arkansas, Mississippi State, and about 5 others.
