A recent MLb tryout camp had alot interesting players attended.

Many with questionable fashion sense. Instead of baseball uniforms: players dressed in T-shirts, shorts, hat on backwards, or no hats. Hats on sideways. A few MLb scouts said too bad we cant cut the bad dressers right away. A few players had Bob Marley dreadlocks.

Talent level varied: some very good college or high school players with tools. Many slow pitch softball would prove quite a challenge.

I think this is great advice.

If you are applying for a job, then dress the part.

Not trying to defend Frank and his alias, but there are people that are new to the site that may enjoy the tidbits.

I did witness same thing at a tryout, for the most part, the kids out there without a clue were the same type who try out for American Idol and have never sung before. Kids who stopped playing at 14 or 2 years out of high school and have not picked up a bat in a couple years etc...

They did weedout position players with 40 yd dash. felt sorry for the kids and the scouts.
