MN-Mom started a great thread about what MLB parks you've been to. How about the Minor League parks you've been to. They are always a lot of fun too.
Meinen Field, Peoria, IL (old home of Peoria Chiefs) O'Brien Field, Peoria, IL (new home....) Elfstrom Stadium, Geneva, IL (Kane County Cougars) The Diamond, Lake Elsinore, CA (Lake Elsinore Storm) Silver Cross Field, Joliet, IL (Independent Joliet Jackhammers)

Augusta Pirates/Greenjackets in Augusta GA. We used to live down the road from there and went to many games. We drove by the Visalia Oaks' Recreation Park in CA last December, but for some reason, there was no baseball going on. Looks like the renovations are going to be nice.
Many of my visits were of former FSL teams and teams no longer in existence:
Old Cocoa Stadium (was Astros A) Osceola County Stadium (was Astros A) Holman Stadium (Vero Beach) Old West Palm Beach Park (Expos A) Tinker Field (Orlando, FL) Lynchburg City Stadium (Pirates A) Salem Municipal Stadium (Pirates A...old park) Salem Memorial Stadium (Astros A...new park) McCormick Field (Asheville, NC) Sims Legion Park (Gastonia, NC...old park) Hooker Field (Martinsville, VA...former rookie park) Calfee Park (Pulaski, VA...rookie park) Dan Daniels/Post 325 Field (Danville, VA...rookie park) Greer Stadium (Nashville, TN) War Memorial Stadium (Greensboro, NC) War Memorial Stadium (Hampton, VA) Campbell's Field (Camden, NJ Riversharks)

JT, Wow, I remember the Old West Palm Beach stadium, also spring training home to the Atlanta Braves with the Expos. That's where one of the former Expos laid one right square in husband's eye, shattering his cheek bone and socket. Not great memories. We also spent years in the park in Ft Lauderdale spring training home to the Orioles and NYY and in Pompano home of the Pompano Miracle but can't remember their affiliation.

No way I can remember the names of some of the stadiums. But I can list the towns and the MLB affiliate at the time.
The Ball Park, Old Orchard Beach, ME aka the mosquito pit (Phillies) Hadlock Field, Portland, ME (Marlins/Red Sox) Holman Stadium Nashua, NH (Indy/played Legion there)) Gill Stadium Manchester, NH (Yankees?/our Legion team played regions there) Campbell Field, Camden, NJ (Indy) The Sandcastle, Atlantic City, NJ (Indy) Waterfront Park, Trenton, NJ (Yankees) First Energy Stadium, Reading, PA (Phillies) Frawley Stadium, Wilmington, DE (Royals) Waconah Park, Pittsfield, MA (coached travel there/now a NECBL park) Clearwater, FL (Phillies) Winter Haven, FL (Red Sox) Fort Meyers, FL (Tigers) Palm Springs, CA (Angels) Bakersfield, CA (Dodgers) Modesto, CA (A's)
One of the most entertaining nights watching baseball was in Modesto on 50 cent Union Card Night. Admission, beer and hot dogs were 50 cents by presenting a union card. It was a little wild that night.
Waconah Park has a couple of unique distinctions. One, it's the country's oldest wood structure stadium. Second, it has a sunset delay for fifteen minutes when the sun sets in the hitter's eyes.

When I lived there in the early 70's...Pompano was the Mets.

And thanks to previous posters, I was able to cut and past quite a few.
