I was contacted by someone looking for a mid inf or 3b looking to play pro ball. If anybody knows someone out there who didn't get drafted or just got released, PM me. I will pass on the info.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. Feel free to move it, or I will if some object.

Thanks Tom. I will pass that along. I am just giving information to the mgr, but I certainly will tell him to call you if he needs a recommendation.

Bob Sanders ...

NCAA eligible baseball players cannot play any baseball at any professional level ... doesn't matter if it is MLB affiliated or independent ball. Heck, there are restrictions all over the place on where they can play while still NCAA eligible (e.g., whether they can participate in community games for charity etc.) However, if they are on scholarship for a sport other than baseball, they may be able to play baseball professionally. That is something that would need to be confirmed with the schools NCAA compliance personnel.
