I have to believe someone may have already posted this story, but even if it has, it's worth watching again:

The only thing that I think will hold this little guy back is the fact that he's left-handed... and wants to be a catcher....

Incredible, what an inspiration. And what determination. His team and coaches seem to have accepted him into their ranks and play him just like anybody else. He must have a wonderful supportive family.

Adam has received quite a bit of press here locally and more recently nationally. Doesn't he have one of the sweetest faces you've ever seen! An amazing and inspiring story!!

As an aside, the photographer that took the pictures that are linked is a big baseball fan/dad himself. His son was a HS teammate of my sons and now plays for a MiLB team of the Tigers. Great baseball photographer.

Thanks for sharing CadDad. A friend's mom had to have her leg amputated recently (diabetes) and I forwarded that clip to her, very motivational for everyone!

That's incredible! I can't wait to send that out to every kid who plays on our summer teams. Everyone should watch this video.
