Instead of just listening to all the self appointed hitting and pitching experts and taking their word for it, watch how the best in the game play.
Most of you are probably aware of these clips but someone might not.
To see any player, go to MLB.com and search for a player. Once you find the player's page, on the left side you'll see a link that says, "Multimedia". Once on the page you will find that most players have many 15 to 30 second clips of them pitching or perhaps hitting a homerun. Many hitters are filmed from various angles. You will be able to stop the video and see exactly what the player is doing.
