I remember a few months back when I was starting to get really hooked on this website, TR warned me about it.

Now I find myelf checking it several times a day - early in the morning, a few times during the day, and before bed. I can't stop. I'm hopelessly hooked. Kind of like my kids with their video games or the TV. Can't we find something better to do? - or will we find that something once the HS season starts?

I hear what your saying justbaseball, I often find myself on this site during break at office or anytime I'm free.
If you love baseball and/or have a kid playing HS and looking forward to college there is so much good information on here-takes time to soak it all in. Many people with great insights and sometimes humor/wit make this a very entertaining site. It sure helps pass time in the frozen Midwest!

It's an obsession, especially this time of the year. Cold weather, cabin fever, excitement just before tryouts, etc. Once the season gets going things will slow down on here just a tad.

But once you're hooked you will always hooked.

It has definitely served as the fix for my baseball addiction this winter. It's funny, after High School season I had a bit of computer "withdrawl" as I had gotten so used to logging on and reading the box scores for all the High school games. This is WAY more fun!
