As Fungo so eloquently posts, this is a day that can be wrapped with a lot of thoughts and emotions. For me, the day was filled with memories, but most of them were simply of playing catch with Jason in the driveway. Baseball can be magical.

TPM, that really is wonderful and well deserved. Congratulations to David and your family. It is okay to breath now. Here is hoping that David gets signed and on with his professional career...in about 3 weeks, after a prolonged visit to Rosenblatt Stadium and the CWS!

I believe Clemson has had more players drafted in the first three rounds than any other team. I believe they have had more draft choices than any other team. They could be the favorites to win it all this year if their bats stay alive like this past weekend.
