One cannot compare baseball with basketball

Individual players have impact in baseball where there but 5 players on the court and one can truly dominate

That does not happen in baseball

Interesting article, more proof that baseball is conceptionally the purest team sport. No one player is above the team, and you will find that most of the long term superstars will credit the team concept for their success.
