I'm having trouble determining if my local cable channels are showing the Aflac game this Saturday live, or maybe later on tape delay.

Does anyone have a link to a list of TV stations that are carrying it (a) live? (b) later on?

I can't find it on the event's site, nor on the FSN link provided.

Not a son but my son's future schoolmate, Max Stassi, will be there. The nicest kid you will ever meet. My son is an incoming freshman and it has been fun watching all Max has done. He is excited he will be part of the same program.

NESN (New England SPorts Network) is advertising that it is going to broadcast the game - live, I think. DirectTV #623

I believe that FSN is carrying it in many markets. I know that they are here in northern CA.

I'm looking forward to the game as not only do I know Max, but Andrew Susac, one of my long time summer players, will be in the game. Andrew and Max are possibly the top two catchers in the west, among the '09s. Funny thing is, they're know each other well and play only 45 minutes away from each other. They were both early commits, Max to UCLA as a soph and Andrew to Oregon State as a junior. It'll be interesting to see if either makes it onto campus.

Mildo--my son is only starting HS. They will be schoolmates for at least 1 year, although it wouldn't be too bad if they were schoolmates again in a couple years Big Grin UCLA is not too bad a choice.

The website, a little late getting started, is now in full swing with lots of pictures and some videos.

PG Crosschecker has a follow up on the 2004 Aflac top 10 on their homepage.

Perfect Game day 1 notes are here .

Maybe someone can TiVo the game and save a DVD for MidloDad. You do have last year's game, don't you MD?

Have fun!

The ads I am seeing say that it is exclusive to FSN.

I think the problem is that not all regional Fox sports channels carry the game. It was hard to find in some quarters last year.

Jason Thompson is on the team and he plays with my son. But for some reason since registration for school was last week he could not play in the game. He is there in uniform but not playing.

Seems like the great state of Tennessee might want to look at changing what seems to be a silly rule.

This is the second year in a row that a Tennessee player (Sonny Gray) was not allowed to play in the AFLAC game. What a shame.

jerseydad-we completely agree with you. why can they play fall travel ball with a different team than our high school but can't play on the AFLAC teams? My son was texting with Jason today and he is having a great time and what a great experience but wants to play in the game!!

I never could find it in the Richmond TV listings. Last year it got showed 2 weeks later.

Luckily I'm actually vacationing, and the TV in my condo unit had it!

06catcherdad,

Susac did a great job behind the plate!

I was only able to catch a few innings of the game, but it was fun to watch such talented young players!
