I'm looking for anyone who signed up for a Top Guns camp only to find out there wasn't one. I'm gathering info to see if there is legal action either fraud or fed. fraud since he used the postal system for his invites. Either Fall or June camps will help. Thanks. lets keep this creep out of baseball

I paid for the November 08 camp in Orlando, which was cancelled about a week ahead of the start date because of tough economic times or something like that. The moderator here explained that she couldn't afford the threat of legal action, so she deleted the threads. I respect that decision. I worked to earn money for that camp and he took it - that is a fact. He wouldn't call me back. An email promised to try to work something out as soon as he gathered data, but I haven't heard anything else. I moved on. His one email ended by saying "God Bless", so if he's a man of God, he'll know that one day he will get his just action. One thing I can't believe is that Coeur D Alene High School in Idaho tolerates him as their head baseball coach, knowing that there are outstanding Better Business Bureau complaints (6) against his company. I feel for him and his family if doing this to kids is his idea of making a living.
