Is a ball in bare hand touching a base with the glove on a force play, What's the call?

If the ball is in secure possession of the fielder he can touch the bag with any part of his body to record the force out. If the glove is on the fielders hand properly when he touches the bag, even if the ball is in his bare hand, it's a force out.
