A new 11U (birthdate after May 1, 1995) team is looking for several ballplayers to complete its 2007 roster. Our team vision is to play up at the 12U level locally (league and some local tournaments) and compete 11U in the "major" tournaments (such as Southaven MS, Cordova TN, KC, and possibly Cooperstown NY). We currently have a few ballplayers who this past summer played up for one of the top 11U teams in the St. Louis metro, so we have a good nucleus already; but we need several more 11U boys that want the challenge of competing against the best. Currently, we have two coaches (and looking for one or two more), each of whom have played collegiate sports and have several years of coaching experience. We are looking to be extremely competitive, but not at the expense of having fun, showing repect to one another and properly learning the game of baseball (as well as some life lessons). We want this to be THE 11U team in the metro area of which everyone wants to be a part (including Mom's and Dad's).
