This is a great message board. I coach an 18U competetive team in the KC area and hadnt seen any posts from anybody near where we play.

Welcome to the site. I am from a little north of your border in myself (Iowa). My son played in the KC area for a few tournaments years ago and looked at a few of your colleges. But of course their favorite part of KC is the water park.

We play in the KC Barnstormers tourney at the end of the season and there are a few St. Louis teams in our own tourneys this year.

i'm from missouri...i played for the Diamond Kings this summer...we played the Bullets at the KC Barnstormers World Series. Got shelled. You guys had a nice team SI.

yes you did, spread us that game. i pitched 3 innings in relief. i was the lefty that threw slow enough you couldnt quite time well enough to kill, haha. i think i gave up like 2 runs in 3 innings...not bad considering how good your team was.

It seems like the label Midwest applies to an area a bit north and east of Kansas City on this website. We live in Overland Park, KS. I like to think we're in the Midwest!
