I am currently reading "Moneyball" and there is an entire chapter devoted to stats. Some guys believe that no other baseball stat matters other than On Base %. What do you guys think.
If you havent read this book, its fantastic!

That is just 1 important point the book makes. A great read but some of the good ol boys can't stand a new and different viewpoint.
