Foot excercises - walking from the car into your doctor's office to get looked at.

I totally agree--- not the time to wait and see--get a doc to check it out

BINGO !!!!!

I'm kind of on a roll right now with this subject, I just found out that a 13 year old kid I know has had progressively worse shoulder pain for the past year, his family finally got around to taking him to see their doctor, and the doctor just informed the family that his pitching career is pretty much over. This kid was big for his age, your typical youth league stud. Pitched in all the 'must win' games, over 100 pitches sometimes, including sliders. Pretty darned stupid.

Get to a specialist if you care about throwing for a long time. Squid jigging is fun but throwing a baseball, CB or no CB can do permanent damage.
