Goingyard's son is playing in the 13u AAU. I know he is from down there and has been helping with questions about Myrtle Beach. He's also real good about answering PMs.

My boy will play in the Ripken Experience 14u tournament 7-22 to 7-27.

Do you have any games at the Pelican park?

We got to play our game on that field in a re-match of the previous years (12U) National Championship game in Minnesota; losing to the Greensville Gators (NC) 2-0 in that one.

This time we came out on top 5-0.

Other fields are pretty nice. There is one that you will travel a little for. It's a small stadium type field located in a city neighborhood. Kinda neat.

We played in Pelican Field. It is the home field of the Atlanta Braves class A affiliate.

Great experience for any player to get to play on a field that nice.

Lasting memories for all kids if they never go any further after high school.

That stadium in that small town was in Georgetown, a neat place. We were suppose dto play there in the Triple Crown but the rains took over! They were saying Satchel Paige played there in the day.
