What is it that qualifies these pros to teach youth? As an example, what would qualify a neurosurgeon to treat a person having a heart attack? Is this not another example of being over qualified unless they have youth experience such as teaching, etc?
I ask because I have hired and fired ex-pro players as coaches for a lack of performance.

The ex-pros that we employ at SoCal Gold Scouting Service are hand selected and have demonstrated the unique ability to teach young people. They have worked in community based youth academies throughout southern California generally at little to no monetary compensation. There is a reason we are the best scouting service in the nation.
