Would it be ok to go swimming the day after you pitch? or would it cause harm? Is swimming good or bad for pitchers?

Swimming is very good for all baseball players, especially pitchers

I know of a couple of top high school pitchers in the Dallas area that swim in the off season. They say it's good for thier shoulders. Just what I heard.
