My 13 yr. old occassionally drops his back shoulder when hitting. We have been told about a velcro device to help condition this out of him but we can't anything product that matched that description. Any other advice is very much appreciated.

I think what I try to do helps my players when we're playing pick-up games on the field. I stress to them every signle pitch to stay up. What helps is to tell them to drop the head of the abt on the ball and stand tall. Don't know if it will help. Try it and see I don't think it can hurt
