Was just wondering if anybody is playing in Phoenix this month. There seem to be a lot of out of state teams coming in to play at the new facilities. March is as good as it gets in Phoenix! My son's team is playing twice this month and I think it would be a blast to see some posters kids play.

Our first 13U tournament (spring thaw is its name...lol) is the second weekend in April down in CT. We still have well over a foot of snow on the gorund here in southern NH...lol. We do move a practice into a local gym this weekend for the month to get ready. Most likely when we take the field for that tourney it will be our first time setting foot on a field for the year period...lol. Oh to live in a warm climate!!

Are you sure about that?

This looks better

It doesn't look better if you are trying to play ball. All of that pesky water and trees just get in the way. Wink

I can presume that isn't a real time photo of New Hampshire? I would think that there would be a bit more white in the photo. penguinflap

I thought that was the Fischer Cats stadium!!! I actually work in that town...we have seasons tickets so I catch a few games a year.

We have had over 90" of snow this season and have about a foot still on the ground! I am hoping to be able to get on a field by the end of April!! His Middle School's first game is April 8th...I am doubting that a field will be available for that game..lol. I just wish our season was longer then 6 months. But in a way it is good..gives you plenty of winter sports to play during the off season, keeps the kids well rounded. Plus a lot fewer innings on the arms too..lol. But enough is enough...I WANT SPRING!!!!!!
