You see my thread below about my "overachieving daughter". Well, Saturday she was with her team at a league clinic. They were practicing sliding in the grass and she broke her wrist. I feel so bad for her. She had a nice basketball game the night before, and has played very well the first three softball games (pitching and hitting). She will be in a cast for 6 weeks the doctor said. That takes us through the first week of swim team. The softball coach is hoping to get her back in time for playoffs. I was super proud of her Saturday afternoon in the E.R. She asked if she could still be used as a pinch runner. She also said she needs to practice shooting with her left hand anyway, and would like to do our pitching drills left handed. I LOVE HER!!!!!!

..and I bet she asked for her cast to match in color with her uniform too, didn't she? Big Grin

She sounds like a super trooper!
Hope her wrist gets to feeling better soon.
