I couldn't tell from the article, but how are they going to enforce this? Is it a field issue? Doesn't the travel team boards or managers have the final say if they want to stay or go? Good luck telling one of our local teams what league they have to play in. That is why they left in the first place.

I could write about this for a week and never get the point across. There were 100 parents and kids from the travel league? Do they really have that many studs or is every kid just part of a travel team these days? Travel ball used to be for elite players to have somewhere to play up. Now every kid is an elite player and every parent lets you knwo how good their kid is. At a recent travel ball tournament I thought I was at a little league tournament, no better, just nicer uni's.
