Anybody going? My son is going with MSA Black

I'm not going to buy my kids an encyclopedia. Let them walk to school like I did.

Southpaw_mom and I hope the weather gets better than it has been the last week.

Looks like some other good teams coming:
Banditos Black
Team Rawlings Elite (CA)
Team Anderson
Terminators
Paulding Co Vipers

It should be a great weekend. Now that we have our Elite WS berth, we are looking forward to just playing and enjoying the good competition. This tournament will be great for that.

Have a safe trip down lodi14. Come by and say hello. Southpaw_mom and I will be sitting behind home plate keeping the book. Me on my bucket and she in her chair. Smile

Slider, good luck to you guys. Hopefully you will have better weather than the 13U and 12U kids. Make sure you go to Lefty BBQ 4 miles east of Crossville on HWY 123.

Were there any teams from Indiana at the battle of the south? I heard the Indiana Irish were there. Was wondering how they looked.

lodi,
Besides the weather, the format for the 14U BITS is better. They are playing 5 pool games and everyone goes to a single elimination tournament. No consolation games. This only works after school is out because they start on Wed.

I like the format better. I guess the next time we go we will be 14U and have this format.
