I wear my arm out every practice during warmups from the outfield and im barely able to do any throwing the rest of the practice. My arm is very strong, but it is not able to endure very well. I tore cartilage in the shoulder last summer and have been doing rehab exercises ever since then but it does not seem to be helping. I need shoulder-specific strengthening exercises.

ps. i have weight training as a class if that helps any...

You need go to an Orthopedic Doctor who is experienced working with baseball players, have the shoulder examined, and ask him this question. I would suggest you shut down the arm until then. If you don't- at least take it easy in warmups.

Good luck!
