Experienced travel ball catcher (USSSA Majors level) moving into varsity ball as a freshman. Fast base runner with high on base average. Looking for a team to play with in the Atlanta area for Fall. Any ideas?

We found a 16U team for fall, and he's playing with his school varsity team. All's good.

Where will your son be going for high school ?

My son attends a private school in Atlanta not known as a powerhouse baseball school. Great academics, though. We have to be diligent about finding other venues to play competitive ball, while also allowing him to contribute his skills at school. Frustrating for him on the school level, but also fun to be with school buddies in the dugout. Finding those competitive travel teams after the age of 14 is tougher.
