After watching all of the Region 2 teams, I thought they all had some holes in them. Now that all four Region 2 teams have swept and are in the top 8, I have to say that either Columbus (Region 2 winner) or LaGrange (runner up) have a good shot at winning. I know sweeping against Region 1 might not be an indicator, but doing it again?

What you’ve seen on the other board is pretty accurate. I would add that they hit the ball the other way well and make good adjustments at the plate. Doyle, the catcher, hit several hard deep liners to right and right center. We only faced Foster. The first time he was on. They got a big lead and he used our batters’ anxiousness to his advantage. The second time we held them to a couple runs and we hit Foster well. His curve wasn’t as sharp the second time. He throws a little harder than what the guy said on the other board. 82-85 comfortable.
