East Cobb is the most respected program here in Georgia. I think everyone would agree with that. At the 15u and 16u level though it looks like there may be a new contender in town. The 15u Georgia RoadRunners look to have one of the top teams in the country this year. A kid by the name of Donavan Tate has played with the East Cobb teams for years has left them to join the RoadRunners. I project this Tate kid as one of the best 15 year old prospects around, and I know he was thought of very highly in the East Cobb organization. Tate's as good of a shortstop and third baseman as there is at this level. I've been impressed with the RoadRunners and what they're trying to get accomplished this year. Usually you see players trying to get in the EAat Cobb program, not a star playing leaving to go to another team in the same state. Anyboby have any thoughts on this? Bottom line, both teams will be heard from on the nation level all season long.

The team Donavan Tate played for last year was the East Cobb Astros.

I may be naive but what is a 15 year old all american ?

What about teams that possibly do not play in your circuit and may be as good if not better talentwise ?

How about the 14U East Cobb Astros?
