Are there any 15U,16U,17U,18U spring teams in the Atlanta area that are competive...or do you have to wait for summer ball.

No one can play on another team while their HS teams are playing. That is a Georgia HS rule. So the answer is that you have to wait until the players are finished with their HS seasons, which can be until after Memorial Day.
