Most teams have already started their season. Tryouts are usually Jan-Feb. Suggest you contact East Cobb organization to see if they have a team still looking for players. Check local leagues, like Pony, Amer. Legion, etc. or with your local batting cage facility for possibilities. Good luck.
Some teams will wait until high school summer session is completed(last Saturday in June by GHSA). Chain baseball in Columbus,Ga has a very elite program and will start their 16's July 1. You can contact the academy at 706 565 4747.

You should also try NWGABaseball.ORG. Althought the site and league are geared for 14U teams they have a place where older teams looking for players can post and it gets good use. You might also try the community boards on eteams.com but they usually don't have much on them, especially this time of year.
However, you can also use eteams to get coaches contact information for teams in your state (you'll have to review the Georgia teams and know the names of localities in your area to be able to find teams that might be nearby).
Some may be looking to add a player or two due to injuries or players leaving. Leaguelineup.com is similar but I've never used it for team searches.
Good Luck!

Depending on your position, you should try a couple of the ECB teams with lean rosters. They add players all during the season. Just contact the coach and ask for a tryout. (Contact info usually on ECB team websites, or contact the park and ask for coach info.)
