I know most people will say it's way to early, but I would like to find some information if possible on any local Georgia showcases that will let a 14yo attend. I would like to have my son attend just for the experience and would also like to make this information available to the HS fresman team. 8th and 9th graders.

Yes, it seems early to me. That said, if you just want to get a feel, check the Georgia Dugout Club. They will have showcases that are inexpensive at several colleges around the state in June. The format is pretty typical of many showcases and there will likely be some other Freshmen there. They will also get exposure to the local school and usually several other schools/organizations, but they will mostly be looking for 06's.

I run showcases all across the country and I can tell you it is to early for certain types of events. You need to check and see what the mix of players will be at an event to make sure your son it not over matched.
