Looking for a good pitching coach/instructor for my nephew. He's a 16yo, 10th grader. Strong armed, great work ethic. Needs polish and pointers. Haven't gunned him but I'm educated guessing him to be at 82-84mph. He's 6' ft 175 and still growing.

Lives in Stone Mountain and is willing to travel for twice a week lessons.

Try Brian Edmonson at Auterson Baseball. They are in the Milton HS area. Brian used to pitch in MLB and I have heard good things about him. You can check them out and get contact info from www.autersonbaseball.com.

Bill Melvin does a lot of instruction in the Metro Atlanta area (particularly high school kids from Lakeside, Decatur, Druid Hills.) Go to: http://www.pitchingforexcellence.com/

Coach Solomon at Emory University also give lessons. Contact him through the baseball team.

I'd like to recommend Al Sadler. Al is a former pro pitcher (Cubs & Brewers), he's young enough to relate to teenagers, and an all around great person. My son played on his 13U travel this year. He gives private lessons at the Athletic Zone in Loganville, which would be only 20 minutes from you in Stone Mountain. Call the Zone at (770) 554-6161‎ for more info.
